Since it is in a bulk I am expecting some kind of over payment because gathering a amount like this isn't that easy and it is pretty hard trying to find someone selling this many. Bulk sales are usually done at a discount, not a mark up or 'Over payment' as you put it. Reason being, it saves you a great amount of time in selling them.
