    I understand how you feel, ive been playing .org for over a year, i know at times everyone would leave but just dont give in, i have lost many of my buddies because of them quitting for the same reason as you are. Quitting the server wouldnt help anything just other people would lose a good friend such as you have. Tbh I think you just need a break, think about things and comeback and see what you feel about it. I know i cant make you change your mind but you should at least have a break before quitting to think things through.
