Somewhat lost donorship

In game name: Mariagu4 (Before the donorship was on an account named "Bianchika")
Donor package: $25 ( .org)
Evidence: I don't have the receipt or transaction ID, and I understand that might be a major flaw in me trying to get my donorship back. I, along with other people, have enough evidence to prove my old account (that got hacked) had donorship.

I wanted to get my donorship (That I've lost due to the loss of my account with it) onto this new account. Yes, this occurred maybe a year or longer ago- and it's understandable if isn't possible. I'd still like to try (once more), and I'm only looking into if this is possible, and if so, for it to be done.

The only way I feel this could be possible is either you get cyp to check your old accounts info (Since I am sure that they can see you were a donor) or, and I am not too sure if this would be a thing here, but charge back. I mean...I could possible help you get back on your old account as well. PM me if you think you want to try it.
