Somehow my cape disappeared

Ok, so I was doing a trade with Brobore. I gave him 3 spawners for an optifine cape as shown here:
This next picture I do have it:
But like 2 days later this happened, I had the cape earlier but it suddenly disappeared a few minutes later, the cape in the skin customization was on:

Could anyone tell me what might've happened? I swear I did nothing to it. I don't think it's a scam because once that person gives the cape, only that person that has the cape can edit or whatever with it. Like I said, I did nothing with the cape, except wear it.

He could have chargebacked on the cape?

 

There's a option in the settings area that toggles capes. Check that.

 

This isn't server side, nothing we can do about it.

We can't refund things that you spent on anything other than other items, or upgrades on this server.
