So, I'm new to minecraft and all that, and I'm used to just going to multiplayer> add server> typing the name, but I realize I have to download this to play on it, and I can do that using single player, but how do I play multiplayer? Can someone explain or send me a link to somewhere that explains it? Sorry if I sound really dumb here, or if I'm just missing something so simple. Also, I wasn't really sure where to ask this, but I thought 'help' would probably be the best place
To play on the server add the server: Skyblock.net For single player (You seem to know already) just download the world and put it in your .minecraft folder where it goes.
Add the server using the ip's: shyblock.net (main), skyblock.org (economy), or skyblock.pro (Hardcore). Nothing else is required, as the server plugins build your island for you

I just added both versions, but I think I'll stick to org, it does seem less crowded. It seemed like on net half my screen was just the chat box and it was hard to play right. I wish there was a way to turn that off at times because I like to be very careful where I'm placing things especially in a map like this, but oh well.. I think this is by far my favorite server
Go to Options>Multiplayer Settings>Chat>Hidden Or you could tweak it so it doesn't take up half the screen
