Did you read the rules ? I did read the rules at /warp rules, and I didn't think that scamming applied directly to any of the rules, except for number 5, which states near the end, "Be respectful and use common sense.." I knew that scamming was looked down upon on almost every server, and that it would most likely get me into trouble. However, I did not see the latest rules on the FAQ: Server Rules [Updated 23rd June 2015] | Skyblock Forums
These rules clearly state that scamming is a serious offense, and I should have researched ALL of the rules before just assuming I could get away with something.

Why do YOU think you were banned? I believe I was banned because I scammed player: JulioJones for 15 grass when I was supposed to give him 5 stacks of black wool. Doing so was stealing, disrespectful, and showed a lack of common sense. I had violated rule #1, which says, "Do not grief, steal..", and rule #5, which says, "..Please be respectful and use common sense.."

Was this an incorrect ban? This was not an incorrect ban. On 7/23/15 around 7:00 P.M. I was trading with player: JulioJones 5 stacks of black wool (mine) for 15 grass, (his). He have me the grass and I teleported back home fully intending to cheat him for the grass the whole time. I did not complete my part of the deal, so I had committed "stealing" which violates rule number 1, which says, "Do not grief, STEAL.." Stealing is also disrespectful which violates another rule, rule number 5, which says towards the end, "Please be respectful.." So, the admins/ mods had EVERY right to ban me, and this ban was not an incorrect ban.

Were you ever banned before on SkyBlock? If so, what for? Never banned, temp-banned, or muted on this skyblock server or any other, until now.

Why do you think you should be unbanned? I should have known before, that scamming would get me into trouble, but experiencing the punishment first hand, I am positive I will no longer do any form of scamming, cheating, stealing, or disrespectful actions towards any moderators, administrators, or other players. If I am trading with someone, I will ALWAYS finish my part of the deal, and if the other player does not, I will stay calm, and post a thread on the forums reporting them, just as player: JulioJones did. I have learned my lesson and I apologize for being a nuisance to the staff, and player: JulioJones. Thank you for considering my appeal.
