• Why do YOU think you were banned? Pissing off kids and trolling them. I was also being rude.

• Was this an incorrect ban? Why would it be, all bans have a reason behind them.

• Were you ever banned before on SkyBlock? If so, what for?

1. griefing 2. griefing a mod 3. nick abuse 4. a ban that didn't even count because the "illegal" items where legal and always have been.

• Why do you think you should be unbanned? This is honestly getting old. I was banned for a day. then a week and now 9 days for stuff (I heard) that's not even in-game. There is a big commotion around the server with the mods abusing their powers kicking people for saying "ebola". As I recall there is no rule stating you can't say that. I understand of you spam it then its illegal but half the time people dont even spam it and get kicked/muted. So anyways I was on .net and I started saying Ebola. I continued and blaq messaged me "can you cut down on it, you can say it just don't spam it" I agreed and thought that was fair. Five minutes later I said "ebola" and of course all the kidiez started freaking out "shadu dunt sayz da etz bad and ebula killz pepule" Blaq messaged me with "-.-" And I told him straight up I was following the rules. Another five whole minutes later I said "ebola" in chat ONCE and got a 1 hour mute. I followed Blaq's rules like he asked me to. I talked with Krissy about this "incorrect" mute and I got unmuted. I was told if I said "ebola" again I would be banned for a day. so I took my warning very carefully. I wasnt really doing much after that. I did tell Brooke4ninjas to "go to hell" because I refuse to let a 10 year old tell me what to do. then I had asked everyone to leave me alone and Dylan (right before he was banned) told everyone to spam /msg me for diamonds.. And I had said "If you dare spam me, you will suffer" I had given out a clear warning to everyone but they still messaged me so i typed "Get ebola and f*** off" waiting for someone to message me. I ended up sending it to like 12 different people and one person decided to "report" me after she had been involved with the "Promoting of spam" to my /msg and yet she wasn't punished for it. so she got the the message and reported me and I ended up getting banned for a day. I messaged Krissy what the heck was going on and he had told me. I was looking and .net and I clicked to see my ban time and it ended up becoming a week. Then I was told 2 more days were added due to something on "skype" which has NOTHING to do with the server itself. Half of this garbage is false. I took my warning I got from blaq and I wanted to be leave alone. still people like to attempt to piss me off, I gave a fair warning to those who wanted to "spam" my message. which they ended up doing anyways... I know the stuff I did was wrong, but honestly 9 days is way over limit, that message spam wasn't even my fault when I clearly stated they would suffer (gave them their warning) and then Skype garbage gave me 2 more days when it isn't even part of the server so that is also false. I understand Blaq is trying to do his job, and I respect that. He is a moderator I actually like. But this has gone way to far. I honestly don't want to cause trouble. people are just annoying. I even tried to turn off my chat with /buy but they message me. I just want to be on the server and do my own thing. I usually go to /warp mob and kill thing so i don't focus on the chat, or ill build something to keep my mind off thing. I highly doubt ill be unbanned. But even if I was, Ill stop harassing players and stop talking about Ebola. Even just shortening my ban length period would be nice to. Thx.

I'll be frank. Despite your lengthy story above, it isn't completely accurate. You were given multiple chances. First up I asked you to say it less, but then when it became clear that it was causing too much commotion, I asked you to stop completely. When you ignored that, I gave you a 1hr mute. You then proceeded to harass krissy and attempt to bypass that mute through another player, and then hop onto TS to talk about illegal matters including insulting another player and talking about DDosing.

You request a second chance through krissy, which I then give (probably the first time ever I have done that), but you continue to behave rudely to players, staff, and stir up more drama on the server.

1) Just to clarify, So you're not contesting that the ban was incorrect but just the fact that the timing was too long?
2) Please explain to me in your own words the potential consequences of your actions.
3) I already have you a chance before, what makes me think that this time will be any different?

 

1. The ban is correct. I got what I deserve, simple as that, fair is fair.
2. This right here is the consequences of my actions, what else is there to do besides getting kicked/muted/banned, And I've had all three in the course of 4 hours it's my fault but not 100%, sure I was involved and the punishment is fair, but its too powerful of a punishment. aka the 9 days.
3. As much as you probably won't believe me, If i'm unbanned now, later, or when my time is up. I'm done pissing people off. I really do have better things to do on Skyblock then argue with children. I'm done with the Ebola talk, and I'm done harassing, There isn't anything more to harass about tbh. I got banned, the war is over, I'm done with the rude comments and mean things.


P.S I hopped on ts and joined the channel for like 5 seconds. I'll be honest here. I was swearing at them, but I didn't threaten anyone with a DDoS. I just said "DDoS" didn't say I was doing it, didn't say anything else. I just wanted to see what they would say, Here's how it happend, *joined Channel* "[insert swear here, here, here, DDoS m8"


I want you to know I'm actually sorry, I didn't intend to take it this far... I get muted and start to relax and then people will say things about my mute and it enrages me again. In my opinion, instead of a 1 hour mute, it really should have been a 1 hour temp ban. I would have preferred that, it gives me more time to relax, Like I could go do something productive to get my mind off things and chill. But out of all this I really am sorry.

 

Well mainly I think you owe the parties involved, mainly krissy_punk, Lycel-Chan and Dewmellon an apology. Please state what you did, why you did it, and how they will know that you won't ever do it again.

 

krissy_punk, you are a good mod, don't get me wrong. I should have taken your warning seriously instead I took it as a joke, I'm sorry. You are the Mod and I'm the player, so I will follow your instructions given to me and respect your decisions towards the server and its players. You told me to stop spamming and I continued, I was only doing to to make people mad and that was wrong to do. I'm truly sorry and I'll follow the rules you enforce.When I return, I'll be respectful to you, the mods, and the community.

Lycel-Chan Still a new mod yet, but becoming a good one. You really didn't say much to me, you did tell me to stop but you said it kinda towards everyone who was spamming. You stopped talking for a while and now I realized how stressed and upset you must have been, I never should have spammed, and I should have taken your advice before this whole war started. I wouldn't be banned right now If i listened to you, but I picked the wrong thing to do and I'm not happy with myself, I just want to get back on .net and not cause problems anymore, if you tell me to not spam or follow any rules, I will respect that and do so, Like I said. You are the mod and i'm the player, you are only doing you job. If I manage to get unbanned now, or end up waiting the entire 9 days out, I just want you to know when I return ill be more respectful towards you, the other mods, and the community itself.

Dewmellon Eh, we have had some trouble and I'm sorry you get mad when I say Ebola. I know that it makes you upset and frustrated and I should stop saying it (even tho its 100% legal to say) It should still stop. Sorry for saying Ebola, for spamming Ebola and i'll make sure it doesn't happen again.

And what point were you trying to prove? That while you were banned for SPAMming Ebola, AND appealing that ban, that you went on another server to say the very same word you promised not to say?

Even after Cyp makes a rule the mods *cough* Jelly *cough* continue to kick for no reason, making it an incorrect kick. I Promised you I wouldn't say It again and I won't. I simply just wanted to see if they would still kick me.

 

So you promised that you won't say it again but you decided to test the water nonetheless? Maybe you'll try that again on NET? Doesn't look good that you're not even able to keep to the simplest of promises.

And to be clear, Cyp never said it wasn't illegal to say, he just urged that players ignore the word if they saw it.

 

I won't say it on .net, And im telling you that here and now. You know I didn't have to appeal but I did because I believe I can ask you for your trust and to let me back on the server. I already said i'm done causing trouble, I know commenting on .org was wrong and I'll stop now. As much as I want you to believe me, you don't need to, I understand if you make we wait out all nine days, I just rather give you my word if you do decide to unban me, I won't cause trouble/say ebola or next time this can be an actual ban appeal.

 

Having read through your appeal and your responses, it is clear to me that while you're sorry for your actions, you still need some time to think things over and cool off. I'll knock a day off your ban, and I would really like you to stick to your word and actually act in a mature and edifying manner while playing on Skyblock. You're a 250 Donor, with a fancy colored nick and people actually look up to you. Pls act that way.
