[sethbuild] Highly Disrespectful Language [Lemonade] (Accepted)

This guy came on org asking for help with his net appeal, as he kept resending activation mail to join forum to appeal, but it wasn't working so I agreed to post his appeal on his behalf. He sent it to me via skype and I copied and pasted it. It is all his own words. Well that's all from me. Neko x

Did you read the rules ? Yes, I did read the rules.

Was this an incorrect ban? No, this was not an incorrect ban.

Were you ever banned before on SkyBlock? If so, what for? Yes, for swearing and killing other player's animals

Why do you think you should be unbanned? I was banned because I said "Kit donor25 is garbage and so are you" in the global chat. First of all, I did not use any swear words nor did I spam. Second of all, it was a joke and I'm pretty sure that it didn't offend nor harm anyone on the server. I would understand if I was maybe kicked from the server for saying it, but being banned for 5 days is a little extreme. I realize that this is not my first time being banned for language, but I never thought in a million years that using the term "garbage" was considered language and a bannable offense. Thank you.

 

To me, it is a bannable offense seeing his past ban history. I'd like him to explain how saying someone is garbage is acceptable and appropriate language. This isn't the first time he's been rude in this way.
