So I have just logged off .net quite annoyed. About 1o minutes ago, a user wrote 'God hates fags'. This angered me a lot as recently one of my gay friends passed on. When I replied and called them an uneducated pig, I was thrown comments like 'what the fck is your problem??' those are the exact words that were said. Not 'I agree with you why would they say something like that?' Next I was kicked. Not the player that talked about god hating fags, or the person who swore. The entire situation seems a bit alien, you would think on a server that people ranging from as young as 5 or 6 to adults playing, wouldn't need to have these problems. Not one single person stood up for gay rights or said please don't say that. We shouldn't be allowed to share our views on stuff like this, keep the chat about minecraft, not ISIS or Homosexuality??? I hope I'm not the only one who shares this view because I'm beginning to lose faith in the human race lmao. - Crazymint
First of all my guess is that everyone else got kicked too. You just can't see the kick messages. I would have kicked him. I also would have kicked you. Also unless there was a name in the other people's messages to you or they were in private then they were probably at the other guy. Second of all you're just now losing faith in the human race? Welcome to the club. I lost faith in humans years ago. xD
Smh this stuff shouldn't be talked about on skyblock. I mean, calling them an uneducated pig probably wasn't the best choice of words, but I guess you managed to get your point across xD Also, I'm pretty sure that I kicked/muted the player @-@
I hate this kind of stuff too...although sometimes it's better to just ignore, they're most likely brats that are looking for attention or a fight, trouble either way. By getting upset you're giving them what they want, and are those people really worth getting frusterated for? Trust me, I know how you feel, but getting upset won't fix the problem, it'll make it worse since they'll know what ticks you off and want to continue pushing buttons for reactions.
Most of the people who make trouble on chat are nothing but keyboard warriors who think they are cool being rebels on a server. If you are going to throw an insult, expect one in return. But honestly you will be kicked anyway so I would have just ignored it. If this online environment is too much, take a break. Its not worth acknowledging those who say stupid crap, not worth the energy taken to type a sentence.
