Rules/Ban Status

I seem to be having issues. Not sure If im missing something about the rules or guidelines, but I would like to know if there is someone I can get in contact with to solve this issue. I was previously chat muted for involuntary spam, and that was resolved, but alas, I was simply trying to chat with someone and was warned from using Caps Lock this time. Was not aware of the chat etiquette. Although playing for quite some time afterwards I was out of the blue disconnected and prompted that I had a ban that would not be lifted until later tonight. I didnt think I had done anything wrong and was hoping that someone could even just Let Me Know what I did wrong. I would like to resolve this as I have had a great time on this server compared to others

 

This is probably a console ban which only last about 30 minutes. What does it say when you try to log in?

Usually someone would not ban for capslock, so I would assume you were banned for lagging/using fly hacks.
