Well, I just voted. A message showed up saying that I was lucky and received 3 iron ingots...but then another message appeared saying that I received 5 blocks of sand...? This has happened to me a few months ago, but I didn't get any screenshots. I just thought I should tell you that, maybe the developer(s) can fix it easily.

I only got the iron ingots, not the sand.

 

Sadly, this is a re-occuring issue. Usually I could refund you but sand trade is illegal so I cannot. I know from the past that Cyp doesn't refund this. Maybe he will since it is such a rare but no guarantees.

Wait may i ask is sand rare?

 

Yes it is very rare since it is illegal to trade and you only get three on your island. Thus it's one of the rarest items.

Well, I don't play net to often. I usually only play org so grass has a lot more worth. But I saved and saved my donor kits so I have about 6 stacks. I am saving it to make a bigger farm.. What about you?

 

Sand is not a rare item at all. Hundreds are spawned in everyday from Donors.
Non-donors can get their hands on it when an island is shared with a non-donor and a donor and they share items, but its an on-going thing/relationship/friendship.

 

Thus it's rare for non donors if you don't have one on your island. Pardon me, but I play org.

 

Rarest thing i got is an Ender Dragon Egg that i got from a dp

 

Since there was not two "you got lucky" messages, it just seems like a mis-match in the receiving message. Just a small software glitch, I would say you were never supposed to get any sand, just the iron, which you said that you did get.

Since the user has not been on the forums in a few weeks, I'm going to lock and archive this. If you have a problem with that, please pm me.
