Refund not Completed? [Await Cyp]

A while ago my island got reset by a random new island. My coop partner made a report. Most of the items were refunded. A few items were missed though. Here's the thread.

Here's a list of what was missed in the refund.

1. 4 Beacons (Have solid Proof in above thread)
2. 2.5 Double Chests of Grass which can be only refunded as dirt from my understanding (Have proof of, 2.5 is just an estimate suggested by Krissy which I was fine with)

Snoopy can confirm that the following items were not with the refunded blocks. They helped transfer the blocks from my /homes to my /home

I have proof of the beacons, quartz, and grass/dirt. Would I be able to at least get those refunded?

 

But he'll refund what I do have proof of, right?

The capacity to perform refunds rests solely with Cyp these days. You'll have to contact him.

 

How would I do so? And is there a better chance if a mod were to contact him?
