Ranking Help after ban.

    A while ago my son was banned for charge backs on your server. But, we told out mistake how I was worried that it didnt come in the day and said "is there a way I could get a refund or have it ship faster?" and he was banned! However now he is unbanned but we still do not have our rank. The rank was 25 dollars but it was half off day for a 50 dollar rank. Just wondering if there is a way I could possibly get it back? Thank you!
