Profile Cover Help?

Is there anyone that knows how to resize an image so it works as a profile cover? There is a specific one I want to use, but when I try to upload it it crops about 75% off the bottom of the picture.

EDIT: What I guess I'm really looking for is to be able to "zoom out," to put it in words.

 

Send me the image and I'll see what I can do to make it fit the proportions.

 

There's a few I'd like to try, do you mind?

 

Not at all, I haven't got much else to do right now anyway.
