can you send me a link that would direct me to where i would link a complaint about my donorhship? i just donated 9 bucks, and im still only a 25 dollar donor. i would also love for you t osee something on another server that u sould love to add into skyblock.net as a warp! thank you so much noobcrew. if this doesnt have a responce of a fix, i guess its ok, since it is a donation, but please dont tell my mother that she spent 90 dollars for nothing! thank you so much. -jake

What did you spend $90 on exactly? I can answer the questions you've asked but what did you buy.

 

no EnderDragon47, what i did was, i did the 10-25 donor upgrade, then i did the 25-100 upgrade, al in one day. i did use the discount code "blackfriday" how ever. will that change anything??

 

So the 25-100 donor is the part that didn't work?

 

The code "Blackfriday" let you have 20% off the all the donors upgrades kits and items

 

Wait. So you payed $90 but didn't get the upgrade? If this is the case you will need evidence of donating e.g. PayPal receipt.

Of course you need evidence that you bought it. Send a pm to Cypriot about this and send a screenshot of the receipt.

 

Ok, I don't know how much you know about the forums so Im going to go through the basics.
You have 3 options on where you want to go from here.
1. Inbox > In participants type CypriotMerks or Noobcrew. You can add both if you want it done fastest. Separate two names with a comma then a space and it will add both to a conversation. In the message part of the conversation you must provide proof of payment depending on your payment method. Go into your recent purchases. You should have received a receipt/email confirming the purchase. Screenshot this and upload the file of it.
2. Type (on this thread)
{Hide} <Your receipt here> {/Hide}. This means only staff can see the receipt. Replace the {} with [].
3. Create a new thread with the information I described using the same method as I said, (Hide).
Notes: Using paint edit out your address, and any other information you do not want them to see. Use only paint as using any photo editing programme may lead them to believe you photoshopped a receipt that doesn't really exist, and you are scamming them out of money. Leave any information they may need in there however. Hope this helped
