So yesterday i got on my island and i was looking everything over and a HUGE chunk of my island wad gone. and a new island in the middle of the chunk. i just want the redstone blocks and power rail that was eaten back. so can somebody help me out?
You probably built over the 49 block limit. If not, then it's a glitch. The glitch also happened to Maximilian500.
If it was the center of your island that got replaced, then it is possible that your island owner reset the island with /newisland replace, and the remaining are the edges where you built beyond 50. How long have you had your island, and who are your coop members? If you give me the coordinates of your island I can try to reverse-rollback. provided there are fresh enough logs, though your items in chests will be lost. If it was a section of your island that is not in the middle of the island, then as sala said you have invaded someone else's property when you were building, and when they reset their island, you lost the piece of yours that was on their property.
I built my island really big (exceeding the 49 block limit) and i forgot about the rule. My coop member is pwnmasterdalton and he was just on yesterday and still on our island.
alright, it looks like your island got clipped with your neighbor reset You can build over your 49 limit as long as you don't bridge to others, but it's a good idea to keep your valuables within your own territory or something like this might happen again! I can give you a few extra redstone blocks in game if you see me online
