[Piglover2300] Chargebacks [Noobcrew]

Hello, this is Piglover2300. I was banned from the skyblock.net server because I charged back my donation. This was an incorrect ban. The ban message was: Please close chargeback to get unbanned. Email [email protected] for help. My in-game name is Piglover2300. I would like to make it clear that I was charged twice [when buying a $50 donor rank] accidentally due to an error during payment. I have never been banned from this server before. My father used his Astoria debit card for the second payment. My first payment did go through and still stands. The paypal receipt number is: 5078-2663-0182-6932. My father tried to contact you via email at [email protected] but received no response, he then had Astoria take back the second charge of $42.50. To sum up you still have my initial payment of $42.50. Please re-instate my status as $50 donor. I have receipts of my payments and can forward them to you.

Hello I will contact the owner very soon, I've been having trouble on my laptop, but shouldn't the owner see that I still have a [single] $50 payment still there? I don't understand why I'm still banned because I only took back one donation because it was accidental and I do not want to be a $100 donor. ;-;
