    please help, i do not think i need a proper appeal for this because i got banned, and there is no reason behind it
    it just says:
    Kicked whilst connecting to survival: you are banned from the server!
    Reason: Please close chargeback to get unbanned! Email [email protected] for help

    a chargeback is a reason. Someone that donate for you, or if you donated asked for their money back. The only way to sort this out is talking to cyp. I will tag him now incase. Also try emailing support too.
