This is your fourth offense rate abusing, here is my evidence.

also "4th offense" last time it was because of 1 dislike to dough wtf??

 

It doesn’t matter 3+ ratings in a short amount of time to a specific player is rate abuse. You should know this since you’ve been banned for it 3 times previously. Why did you think it was okay to do this?

 

it was okay because it's not rate abuse in the rules?? this isn't my "4th offense" because last time it was 100% wrong but it was by fungamer666 so bye perms lol

It says in the rules 3+ ratings given to a specific person in a short amount of time is rate abuse. Now act mature and calm on this appeal and maybe we can get this worked out

just because it was on the same thread doesn't mean it was in a short amount of time. but what defines a short amount of time?
