.Org really needs some TLC

I cannot even express all I want to in a thread or in text but I guess Ill try:
.Org needs a lot of help, last time it got some special treatment was months and months ago. A lot has changed since then.

Broadcasts:
I have already made a thread about this but it seems it has just faded away into the other suggestions that have been left there without and answer. The broadcasts are so out dated on .org, examples are the following ones:

You can clearly see there is something wrong with them, let me point out the obvious to those who don't play .org at all or not enough to know. There is no such thing as /rewards there use to be like 6 months ago but not now. .Org also doesn't give you /pet when you donate, this needs to be changed or added for like the 4th time because it's basically false advertising, it isn't far to those who don't know it's a lie.

Kits and donor ranks:
Donor ranks need to be improved, instead of cobble in kits why not change it to stone instead? Lets be honest majority of us would be happier with stone then cobble, it'll also be more useful to us.


Above is a screenshot of the perks Overlords are meant to get. There's so much wrong with it.
Some are the following: Doesn't list our kit or say we even get one, We don't get /kittycannon, everyone can use /tpa not just donors, doesn't list that we have /wb and /echest also /back is quite faulty. The ability to bypass the player slot limit is pointless due to the fact .org is never is at it's limit, if that perk was taken away, I highly doubt no one will ever notice. There are many errors throughout all the information about all donor ranks on the website. Another example is that apparently Donor25s get /dc (mob disguise) and they definitely do not get it. The information it gives you on the site isn't consistent as I have stated. I also believe donors need to have some more perks added to replace the ones that it says we should have but don't.

Donor shop and adminshop:
More things need to be added like spawn eggs which have been suggested countless times in this section but seem to have been forgotten or just simply the suggestion thread has been neglected and left.

Also more things should be added to donor shop, less costly items.

Spawners and 1.7 items: We need to get /spawner horse or just some way to get horses onto the server, it's unfair that we have waited so long and still don't have a way of getting them. .net has 1.7 flowers etc (1 block ones) and yet .org still hasn't and hardly has any 1.7 blocks/items added onto the server . Majority of the 1.7 items we have and can trade were added by mistakes e.g people owning podzol (From new island glitches) and 2 block 1.7 flowers.

Chat channels: New players to the server should start in global chat, yes making newbies start in local does reduce the advertising of other server but it makes the new players who are actually looking to play it feel like they are the only ones online. We can always report those few who advertise. We may have broadcasts telling them to do /ch 1 but still not many people read them and realize that is where everyone is hiding at.

There's so much more I can say but I think I have said enough for now, thankyou for your time.
