NA [ORG] Jelly's TMod Application

Introduction ❤️ I have made some really stupid choices lately and I hope you all can forgive me. I would like to apologize to all the ones I have hurt or embarrassed. On to the application though. I am Jellybelly124 and I thought since I've been playing Skyblock for a real long time I'd make a mod application. Lets get started shall we. I hope you enjoy my mod application. What languages do you speak? I speak strong English. Yet I do speak a little bit of Spanish. I can say phrases in Spanish. Just not sentences after sentences. ​

Have you ever been banned? (if yes, why?) No I have never been banned. Unless requesting one counts. I have made an amnesty before for island farming that was accepted.

Why do you think you should be a mod?

Why I chose to try out for TMod
It all started about 1 month after I joined Skyblock. I saw this message in local chat saying "Type /ch to get to global chat." so I did it. Surprisingly Cyp and a ton of mods were on. But once Cyp left it just got silent. But a little after It got silent I looked at chat a bit more. I saw mods helping others and helping the server. I thought I would like to do that so I came here to give it a shot.

Why do I think I should be a mod?
I would first like to point out that I love to help people a lot. I like to make people happy or their day better. I think that helping them with a simple command can even help with that. Also I have been mod before and I have used some of the mods commands. I can list some examples below this paragraph. I am dedicated to my job as a mod. I would try to focus on helping people as a mod. I am active on the forums and in game. This is useful because it is good to be active on the forums because as a mod you can look at the report section and take care of it. Also being in game is also useful. It just helps the players faster then waiting for a reply on the reports section. Friendliness is also key to being a mod. You wouldn't want a mod who doesn't want to do his/her job. So I thought that being friendly to the community could help with that. I'm not saying we shouldn't take it seriously but we should just be friendly.

What qualifications do you have?

My qualifications

~ I love helping everyone on the community. I am not the person to shout out in chat and tell them how to do things. I call that mini-modding. But that is a mods job. So what I usually do is I send them a message saying "Say /newisland to make a newisland" or "Don't use caps it can get you kicked." I just find it nicer to do. Messaging also helps because a message pops out more than a sentence in global chat. Helping just gives me a feel-good mood because it makes me feel like a good person.

~ I'm not so focused on my rares or anything. I usually like to focus on what people are saying/doing. It helps me help them and stay focused. I don't really care about my personal needs but I care more for the community. I will at times try to focus on building but most of the time I will be trying to help others

~ I am very welcoming to the new people of the server. I try to make them feel welcome even if they are shy or don't know anyone. I would like to help them out just in case they need help. I try to respond to players as fast as I can even if they are new or aren't new. Also I'm not a person who thinks they are too good for anyone. Everyone has their differences and I would love to get to know everyone. But I don't like to be in little groups and ignore people.

~ I understand what the users needs are. If I don't I try my hardest to help them out and see what I can do.

~ I am patient and calm. I don't need someone to hurry to respond I know some people are slow typers and that is fine. Even if they are AFK in-game I can wait for them.

~ You can trust or depend on me to do something. Now I may not know what you need help with cause it may require a mod. Doesn't mean I can't help you inform one in the game or on the forums. Also even if I don't know and it doesn't require a mod, I can ask someone else to help you right away.

~ I am starting to get more active on the forums. When we aren't doing anything in class at school or at lunch I usually check forums on my phone. I usually spend about 1-2 hours a day on the forums. I do follow the rules on the forums. I know the rules about the forums they are in my head.

How long can you be active on the server everyday? I try to be as active as I can. I do get busy doing schoolwork and having a social life off of Minecraft

Weekdays
2-4 hours It depends on how much homework my teachers give me. I don't usually have a lot of homework so I should be able to play about 3 hours a day. But I put 2 hours just in-case a teacher does give me homework.

Weekends
3-6 hours Because my teachers don't normally give out homework on the weekends. But when they do it's usually to finish a project you should be working on. That does take awhile so the lowest should be 3 hours. I thought I should explain this.

How long have you been playing skyblock.org? I have been playing Skyblock.org for about a year and 2-3 months somewhere around there. I know for sure it was over a year and 1 month. ​

Do you have any past experience as a moderator? I am currently a mod on a server in Alpha testing. I am also a trial moderator on a friends server. I am enjoying learning the commands. This is how I'm used to CoreProtect and basic commands.
