Oh look, it's Cookie's Mod Adventure!

How I found Skyblock​

Welp. This is just gonna be more about the entire moderation experienceee.

I don't know what the heck I'm doing. But sup. I'm Cookie. So the last introduction I made was like wayy back, when I just started, and hah. That was my over optimistic insanely creepily happy self, just so I could at least make a good impression of myself to people.

Yeah.. I'm not like that hah.

Instead, I'm some really insane person who likes to sleep and eat food. Anyway! I started out playing Skyblock when my IRL friend (Who no longer plays, nor was she well known #NoPointInTellingWhoSheWas) told me she found a server for us to play. Woohoo. Yay. So it was about a week after that I joined forums.....

The Journey to T-Mod!​

And of course I was one of those people everyone hates - The ones who join and make moderator applications.

Yeah. Sorry folks, that's probably why I wasn't so well-known as mod either. I didn't really talk to specific people, but I would talk to everyone in general. Anyway, after I made my really bad mod application (Which today is very cringe-worthy but I thought it was so amazing at the time), like towards the end of October, I just waited to see what people would say. I did my best to help in game and stuffies. Like, real tryhard mode. I remember this one time where someone was like How do I delete my island? And I go, /is restart. #TwoWeeksIntoSkyblockAlreadyMessingUp!!

So then this guy messages me. He was a moderator, and he goes '/is reset* -insert smileyface-' And I was like wowweee, look mod dude o em gee. #Fangirl.

Yeah, so Lemonade did help me a lot teaching me everything about the server and shizz. What a great guy! I love him c:

Anyway it was about 3 months later, on Christmas Eve, Cookie was taking a nap because naps are literally amazing. So here I am half asleep, and I'm like "Oh time to do my daily checking of my mod app."

-notifications are like over 30 (Which btw my average is 0-3 :33)

Oh ok. So that happened.

Literally was the happiest person alive, because who knew you could be on a server for three months, do so little yet reach a goal. Score c;

OH WAIT. I have to tell the people about what else happened on that day. Okay so we all know Lem's really stupid sometimes. So few hours before I took that beautiful nap, Lem goes "Do you want a rank?!" Me: uhhidk?? Yeah, few moments later he got me Donor10. Which I still am today! So if you ever messaged me about repairing something or godding something, the reason I said no was because I can't and I'm lazy c: Yeah, he's a total babe.

Wait What. Full Mod?!​

So I moderated for a few months, y'kno meeting peeps and stuff. None that I would really be attached to. But I liked them all. They were chill. March 14th, it was my brother's birthday (Along with Pi day, Albert Einstein's birthday)... and promotion day?! I went online at night and like there were random red tags everywhere pewpew. Which btw, everyone who did get promoted, they were all well-deserved promotions, and I love them. They're great. I didn't really expect a promotion because by then I was about 5-6 months on the server, while everyone's been around for like years. Idk. Then some random guy says "Grats Cookie!" in chat.

My first word ever as full mod was 'What'. Yep. Worth noting.

And Now... How it all Ended​

Yeah so that was great. I was a full mod for a little over a month and that's it. Hahahahahahahsifkdbcf. So, now you can see the beautiful 'Active Member' tag I currently have. Smexy af. I love it, it's beautiful. I'm very unique.

So I resigned on Tuesday, April 26. I loved moderating and all bu it came to a point where I felt forced to log on. Like it was a duty or a requirement. It wasn't really that great of a feeling, and this was to Minecraft in general. I just didn't feel as interested or attached to it. Like the last threeish years was absolutely amazing, i met so many people that I love and adore, but like that part of me was just fading away. I didn't feel like logging on to talk to people anymore, I was basically bored. Which I still am. So y'kno. Resigned. Woo.

The End (The TL;DR)

Okay, now for you lazy peeps! Yeah. That's about it. I'm not very interesting. Pretty lame in fact. Uhm, long story short, I joined Skyblock, became Donor10, then T-Mod, then F-mod, then left. Hypehype. Okay. Uhh, yeah.
