If you ask me, .NET and .ORG both need official Kiwi-Rizon-IRC Channels... Test out IRC and see if you like it: KiwiIRC - The webIRC client

The IRC channel would be useful for Live Up to Date chat. If someone is banned ingame and they want to ask what they did to get banned, they ask on the channel. Reply for more info. I have set up several channels in the past and if help is needed, I am here.

We already have these forums set up on our dedicated server. There'd be no point in paying or setting up an outside site to direct them too, especially since the forums have a chat/shoutbox and they have to appeal here on the forums anyway. Not to mention, the ban message tends to say why they were banned.
If you're saying this thing would connect to the server chat, then my answer is even more of a no, as that means they'd be asking why they were banned in the server, even after being banned, which means they're bypassing their ban to still chat on the server. Imagine what an advertiser would do with that. Or spam bots.
Overall, I don't like this in the slightest either way it works. It's unnecessary and possibly abuse-able.
