Dear,

I havent played for 2 years+ I believe.

I had 4 beacons, sitting beneath my cool castle, when I left.
I just now logged back on, to see the beacons gone, including a message from some guy saying (translated from Dutch); "I too left. If you ever need some stuff hit me a msg. Also, I took the beacons"

I asked a mod to help me (Mai), but the logs were too old for her to view.

Could I please get reffunded? I know I have little proof but I hope this suffisicates....
His island is locked btw, and /seen ThaKillah262 says "Player not found"

The beacons placed were two years old, so there wouldn't be logs. The most you can do is just hope that someone refunds you.

I'm sorry, but I don't have proof. The only proof I have is him saying that he has the beaconS, which suggests there were more than 1... It may even be longer than 2 years ago, so even did I manage to get screenshots back then they would've been long lost by now.

And Mai suggested that it could've been possible that someone else placed the sign due to the fact there is no log on him placing it. However, that means that someone wouldve had to come with a plan thinking by himself: "ok, were I to place this sign here now, then I might just be able to get free beacons in 2 or more years!" no way.

I can however confirm I am a long-term player, as you can see I made a post in 2013.

Oh, Lemonade was talking about personal reffunds... Why can't a mod refund it, or atleast partially refund it? Can they check the old logs?

I mean, 4 beacons is quite alot and I definetly would want something back, even be it a part of it...

Sorry, I sold off all my rares for diamonds, and back two years ago the price of beacons was much cheaper. Sorry I can't do the refund.

 

I accept diamonds too lol. But honestly, Cypriot should be able to check the logs right? It feels really bad to lose all those diamonds.

I'm just going to try to explain though I am not good at explaining.
-So you placed the beacons 2 years ago. We installed logblock this year again. So there is no way at all to get any logs.
-So if there is no logs the mods, admins, or owners can't refund you.
-The only way to get the beacons back is to hope a player can refund you.
-But without proof players might not want to refund, especially considering the items that need to be refunded are beacons. Four of them to be exact.
