[.NET] Ban appeal Charge-Back?

My friend [scout1231] got banned; my mom was trying to change the rank she had bought for him, she had click $25 INSTEAD of $10, she tried to change it but scout1231 was already banned, can you please help Noobcrew, we never meant for you to lose money, we just tried to pay $10, not $25.
