    Hello SkyBlock players,
In this thread I will tell you my scariest near dead experience. Lets begin:
It was 6th of July 2016, sunny day, no clouds, just the summer and me. Me and my family decided to go to the beach. When we arrived me and my brother immediately jumped into the sea ( I live in Bulgaria, we have sea that is called ''Black sea'' ), because it was really hot outside. We were swimming for 30 mins and my little brother got tired and got out of the water. I decided to stay it for a little bid more.
Waves started to come out I really enjoyed I was swimming and having fun. But there was 1 problem I didn't realize I was going away from the beach deep into the sea. When I finally realized I was far away into the sea I decided to scream for help. After I knew screaming would't work the only way to get out of this situation was to swim to the beach. I was already really tired but I somehow made it to the beach.
This was my scariest near dead experience. What is yours?

My mom and her boyfriend along with my sister and I were driving down a curved road. It was snowing, and since we live in California, snow is considered rare. Anyway we were driving and suddenly our car just started spinning. We almost crashed, but lucky we didn't. My mom's boyfriend saved us by not pressing on the brakes. If you ever find yourself in a situation when you're spinning out of control, never press the brakes. Pressing the brakes will do nothing, there is no grip (hence why you're spinning).

Might I ask, is it called the Black Sea because of the volcanic stones at the bottom? I have visited one of those types of seas on one of the Greek islands. They have a volcano, and ages ago it erupted, creating these stones some way (I forgot, maybe erupted them or the heat made them like that) the water is quite warm since the volcano is in the water. I think the part I was at wasn't too warm, as I think the stones drifted there because of the waves. The volcano was more out.

Sorry for being a bit off topic, just wondering lol.

Sounds like you got caught in a riptide, if you notice you're being pulled out to sea, DON'T swim straight to the beach because like you said, it exhausts you. If you have no energy left you really can die.
Swim up or down the beach, parallel to the shore, because riptides are narrow and only last for a couple hundred yards, then you'll be back in normal currents and swimming back to shore will be MUCH easier.

If you're particularly bad at swimming, don't waste your energy flailing around, slowly move parallel to the beach and if you get exhausted, do the dead man's float with your face in the water, your torso will float with no effort and you can raise your head whenever you need to breathe and then put it back in the water. That will allow your heart rate to go back to normal until you can try swimming again. And always try getting people's attention who can help instead of struggling silently.

How can you... Not swim? I just don't understand. You can't just sink to the bottom, what about doggy paddle?
