Skyblock Mycelium/Nylium/ect shouldn't turn to dirt when their trees grows on it

Mostly posting this for Mycelium, as Nylium can be silk touched and farmed with ease,
Mycelium cannot be silk-ed and is more punishing when it turns into a dirt block when you've not cut down the block ontop of it in time.

I believe this applies to Podzol as well, but I dont use that block

If you want to make them turn Mycelium into dirt blocks, use a hoe and it'll turn into dirt
