Hi guys, not to sound conceited/cocky or anything, but I would love to show the forums my newly revamped skin comp! I just love it! Hope you enjoy the pictures, this put a lot of heart & cobble into it. The Entrance to the Booths. :cp The Path to the Booths: It puts a glass in front of you with a lever using Redstone to get to the piston. The Lever on the floor just moves the glass forward or backward, so if you are out you fall onto slime blocks. (Took a lot of thinking to get the Redstone to get to the piston but not block the hole). Passageway to the Way Up to The Second Round. The Way Up to The Second Round. The Passageway to the Second Round. ( There are 2 parts to this Passageway but I couldn't upload more than 15 Files :ah ). The Second Round Way into the Booths. The Second Round Booths: It works the same as the First Round. The Way Up to the Passageway to the Staircase to the Third Round. The Passageway to the Staircase to the Third Round. The First Part of the Staircase. ( 4 Parts ). :cat The Second Part of the Staircase. The Third Part to the Staircase. The Fourth Part of the Staircase. There is a door that leads to the Third Round Booths. The Third Round Way into the Booths. The Third Round Booths. Works the same as The First and Second Rounds. What is not included: The Entrance (Basic), the Way from the Entrance to the Booths (2 Parts), the Passageway From the Third Round into the Winner's Box, and the 3 Winning Booths (1st-3rd.) Like I said I couldn't upload them because you can't upload more than 15 files. I hope you liked my Skin Comp View, I wanted to change it up from other people's Skin Comps. That is quite a lot of effort for an arbitrary popularity contest, I can tell you put some thought into it. Also some cobblestone. I had to get two different Mods to explain this "skin comp" thing before I could believe this actually happened. So ten rubes pay a grass block each to stand in a line. Then the host points at someone and yells, "You win!". The winner gets five grass blocks and everyone completely forgets the host kept a ton of grass for doing absolutely nothing. Has Bank of America heard of this yet? This sounds like something so underhanded only a banking executive could think of it. Bernard Madoff called: He wants to have a word with you sir.
Lol In Game it makes a lot more sense. Basically there are 3 rounds, in Round 1, 10 people are in and 3 get out usiing the pistons, etc. The Remaining 7 go to the Second Round through the Passageways I built, There 2 people would get out, and the remaining 5 go to the Third Round through the passageways and staircases I built. In the third round 2 people get put and the remaining 3 are winners. However, the First Person I let out is First Place, and proceeds to the 1st Place Winner Box, (no picture :confused: ), and the second person I let out is second, and the third person I let out is Third. When They are in the right Winner Box, I give them their prize and they can do whatever they want from there. Hope I explained it good. Like I said It's better in-game, and almost all my skin comps. are free, pay a visit sometime!
The host of the comp (Epaxergaming), each round, eliminates people with skins that are not as good as the rest. He eventually narrows it down to the three people with the best skins and makes them the winner, giving them prizes.
You must have put a lot of effort into making all of this just for one tiny skin comp. It shows how much dedication you have to your island, and great skin comp it looks like the best from what I've seen so far! ❀
