My brother killed somebody. I am making an amnesty for it [Larry][Accepted]

This happened on .org.
I got banned once for getting into the donor shop.
I know my account is my responsibility.
My mum makes me and him share accounts.
So he wanted to play on my account for a few minutes. I tell him to NOT go on skyblock.org or any Noobcrew servers but did he listen? No. He killed HeavenSings. My brother and MetalGearKitty had a convo about it.
I then went back to the laptop and my brother had had enough. I am sorry that my account had killed someone.
I don't know whether I actually deserve amnesty or not.

 

How exactly did he kill him?

 

Lava. Heaven didn't die though but I still feel bad that my account did it.

 

I know that my account is my responsibility but since me and my brother share accounts does that mean it is a shared responsibility?

 

If you share the account then you're both responsible for what happens on the account. If your brother wishes to play org again then he should be familiarized with the rules here: Org Rules | Skyblock Forums

Hello this is Matthew(Tyler's brother) and I am sorry I broke a rule. Tyler (DawnFanForever) told me I can play skyblock.org when I read the rules.
I have read the rules and understand to not kill players even for a joke.
I am even going to list some rules.
1. Do not advertise other server IPs. Do not put fake ones either as they could be real.
2. Do not create new islands for dirt.
3. Do not kill players no matter what.
4. Do not make death warps and advertise them.
5. Use common sense. (this isnt in .org rules but should be)

If this account gets banned because of him does HE appeal or me?

 

I will not ban the account, I believe your brother has learned his lesson. Luckily the person was not killed by lava in the end. I will accept this amnesty but if the rules are broken again on your account then further action will be taken.
