Inactive My bank account went through a reset due to a security breach and now im banned

    Ban message if applicable: please cancel chargeback to get unbanned
    Have you read the rules? Yes
    Do you think this punishment was incorrect? I dont think it was incorrect Im just confused on what happened
    Why should you be unbanned? Im confused as to what happened and Id be willing to fix whatever the issue is
    Please list any other times you were punished on Skyblock: profanity is all I remember
    If you know, tag the staff member that banned you: Console
    Do you understand and accept our rules and code of conduct? Yes

    so what steps would I have to take to fix this issue?

    Usually when this happens, the player just has to close the chargeback and Tebex automatically changes the purchase back to "complete" again. It probably would have been easier to take this up with the bank at the time of the incident, as I'm not sure they can cancel the chargeback anymore.
