More Sub-Sections.

There are MANY 'name-change' requests popping up in the new 'support' forum thing. In the support section, ther could be a sub-forum? For name changes, DOB changes, etc. Thanks for reading!

It could be called Personal Detail Changes.

 

Since there are currently only 2 threads in the 'Site Support' forum I don't really see that this is needed at the moment.
Nice suggestion, but I think it would only be applicable if there were so many threads that organisation became an issue.

There really isnt a need for it as we dont have that many requests

 

Well, there are many threads for name changes in the archive that were once in the 'support' section.

 

And all of those are over the past week and are very easy to take care of
a name change only takes a minute to do

 

Wouldn't it be easier for you to have a section dedicated for this?

 

No because then we would have to click the 'Site Support' forum, then the 'Name Changes' sub-forum just to look for the posts.
If anything it would be more time consuming with this in place.

Until there are enough requests to warrant a sub-forum then this is most likely out of the question.

 

"site support" is - support with site related issues. People just want support with their name being changed and that falls under "site support" because their account is affiliated with the site and they are requesting support with their account.

So no, this will never happen but thanks for the suggestion. We really appreciate your ideas and concerns in making our lives easier.
