Mob Grinders

Ok, so basically I am a noob at building mob grinders and I need one built on Hellblock for me. That is pretty much it. I will be able to pay you either Hellblock items or net items. And remember, Hellblock doesn't have any water so it may be tricky. Thanks!

 

i can build one. you have the spawner in the middle and a 1 block wide platform on each side with presure plates or tripwires on it. when the mobs spawn, they get pushed off by pistons.

 

this is using spawners, right?

for net diamonds, about 7 - 15. On Hellblock, about 40 - 60 cobble I suppose.

ok, got the parts list over lunch.

6 pistons per floor
8 Redstone Repeaters per floor
1 stack of redstone per floor+extra for lighting if wanted. 6 string or presure plates per floor.

I have a multi-floor design, i can add as many spawners as you want.

For muti floors, 8 vines(you can place those right?) and 8 buttons

Optional redstone lamps for on/off switch. not nessesary but good for mantinence

Several stacks of building material(what mobs are you planing on spawning because that varies the amount)

 

Also do you want any extra functionality, like a disc farm, because i will have to alter my design.

All that redstone isn't needed you can just have the drop and they spawn normally

 

Yes, but this one works for non his tiles too. They need a platform to spawn on.
