Minecraft launcher ;-;

When I try to get on mine craft the launcher says 'PleaseFix the error and restart.' What do I do? xD

What is says

 

I'm not exactly sure what the error msg means, but whenever something goes wrong with the launcher I just delete my .minecraft folder and then reinstall minecraft. You can look up on YouTube on how to find the .minecraft folder .

 

And that is basically what the error code here tells you to do.
Delete your .minecraft folder.
