• Yes, I did read the rules prior to this.

• Why do YOU think you were banned?

• I do not know why I was banned.

• Was this an incorrect ban?

• Yes, I do believe this was an incorrect ban, this is because I had nothing to do with the scamming. My friend had scammed somebody on the island ( I do not know why she scammed) and I was just in the background.

• Were you ever banned before on SkyBlock? If so, what for?

• No, I have never been banned.

• Why do you think you should be unbanned?

• I think I should be unbanned because it was a mistake; I had done nothing wrong.

 

That may all be true, but there's logs of you handling the stolen items after your friend took them from the chest. Are you denying that you had any part in the scam at all?

 

Also, if you wish to include the stuff you said in PM (which is essentially the same thing, feel free to paste it in here, appeals are handled through here and not through private message.

 

I was not aware that the items were stolen i thought she had gotten them legaly

I dont know for sure I may have spent some of them, again because I did not know they were stolen

 

The logs show that it's happened too frequently to be a co incidence. There's at least 3-4 instances of you taking stuff from the chest immediately after it was put in by Briish14

 

That is just the chest where we keep our grass, I just see her put grass in then I use it to renovate the island as soon as I can

 

So where's the grass and diamonds now? There's at least 80-100 grass and 3-4 diamonds missing.

 

I spent some, I believe I have about 10 in my inventory but Briish has the rest

 

According to he logs, Briishh has none

 

I don't know where it would be maybe she bought some items, but I am not sure

 

As in, according to the logs, everything she took was then subsequently taken by you.

So according to the scammer, her sister took the grass, according to you, the scammer took the grass, according to the logs, you took the grass.

Anyway, if you wish to be unbanned, please:
1) Start telling me exactly the truth of what happened
2) Write a decent (not half-bottomed, 2 line) apology
3) Outline to me how you will recover the scammed items in a reasonable amount of time

 

Ok here is the full truth (or what I know at least)

Briishs' sister had found the password to her account and scammed somebody 20 grass. I saw "Briish" put the items in our grass chest and I took them(thinking they were gotten legally). I had spent some and still have some in my inventory. I then tried to join the server a few days after the incident, and found I had been banned.

I am very sorry that the user got scammed, I had no intention of scamming then or ever. I will try my hardest to earn back the grass and return it to the user as soon as possible!

I plan on getting the grass back by voting everyday and selling items.
