I have the same exact problem. The best thing you cab do as of now is screenshot the coordinates of your island. Then contact Cyp or Noobcrew. They are the only people who cab help with this. If you do get a hold of them I believe they can change the ownership of the island. Hopefully this helps. I wish you the best of luck!
Was this before the 1.8 server update? The best thing to do is change it back, then your island and everything would still be the same, and you could build on it. People who changed their names after the 1.8 server update could access everything, but if you change your name you have to add your new name on the /lockette
