Lost a rank I bought over 2 years ago

    I bought a Skylord (I think? Don't remember the name. Either that or Skygod) rank for 50 euros over 2 years ago, when the server was just a circle with a pit in the middle. I haven't played since and I just got a new PC. For some reason, I'm unranked. I don't have any proof because this pc is brand new and I did change my name a few times, although if I remember correctly that didn't affect my rank. Is there any way I can recover my original rank? Thanks for the help

    I don't see any record on the Buycraft site for any purchases under those names. Do you have any receipts in your email archives?

    The email I'm using is a very old one and I can't remember the password or the questions. I'll try to find a way to access that account.

    Edit: If it helps in any way, the rank was bought back before skywars.com fused with the other server. When it was just a circle with a pit in the middle that entered you to a match

    Yeah, does that rank still count for the new server? Or is it a completely different server?
