Lemonade is banning me for no reason

Me and my cousin wimpoledavid have been being banned for months by lemonade. He bans us for no reason and no proof. Our parents have tried contacting you but there was no response. I was banned temporarily and he was banned for ever it said last chance. Our parents are extremely angry and think this ban is incorrect. He has been picking on us and we think it is extremely unfair. Our parents would like to know if there is a number they can call or email you to talk to the founders of sky block.net about these bans. P.s btw i know i am not writing in the right format.
