[KL29K] Looting [Fun]

hello,
I'm writing to you to appeal to the ban on skyblock I was given, this is just not fare!
I havnt done anything but respect others belongings and never griefed, I havnt really spammed or ever misused the chat, so you have to help me I have been banned from my favourite minecraft server!
Please accept my appeal and un ban me, I just want to play minecraft.

- did I read the rules Yes I'm fully aware of the rules and abide and respect them.
-Why I think I was banned Well I have been on an island with a person for a while and for a couple of hours she has took of the locks on her chest, I went to borrow wood and cobble for a building a house on the island, I didn't relise she had a spawner in her chest and she told me not to take the cobble without asking again we agreed I apoligised five minutes later she msg me saying I had stole her mob spawner, when I didn't cos I respect the rules, there is lots of others cooped on the island, but she accused me, and now I cant play on my favourite server.
- was this an incorrect ban totally I would never do anything like this, even think I wasn't even aware she had a spawner.
-ever been banned no I have never been banned.
-why I should be unbanned, because I love skyblock and I love playing with others and having fun I just want to play.

You said you didn't take the spawner, but the logs say you did.

Do you still think this is an incorrect ban?

 

sorry, that was ment to say hadn't not had, yes I'm totally sure, I would never steal somebodys belonging, I norrowed the logs she knew that, but I swear never the spawner I didn't know she had a spawner? Until she told me, please i want to continue playing

i seriously don't understand?!

i was building, so i went and borrowed wood and stone, she knew that i was playing with my cousin at the time, on my computer he said can i have a go i said yes he was playing on it for a while i wasn't watching, he wouldn't have stolen i can ask him if you like, but i didn't it was when i took over when i saw the message you stole spawner, i didn't take anything i swear, do you want me to ask my cousin?
if it helps, i swear if he did I'm going to kill him because this my fav server and this is wrong i have to deal with this?

 

If you truly didn't take it, then please ask your cousin. However, even if he did take it, remember that your account is your responsibility.

 

apparently, he took the spawner out to look? i said "to look why?" anyway i asked him if he put it back and he said i don't know, look I'm really sorry i had no idea is there a possibility i can get unbanned, he said it might be in my inventory so whats going to happen, I'm so annoyed upset he's never playing on my laptop again.
