You claim to have read the rules, but if you had, surely you you know that these items are illegal to trade, and should have simply ignored the items in the chests, or reported them to a moderator instead of taking them.

But you still should know that taking dirt is classed as trading if you have actually read the rules, so why did you do it? You still haven't presented me with a legitimate reason.

So you hadn't read the rules immediately when you first came onto the server, I see, why is this? Almost all servers have them, and they're easily on hand on our server (/warp rules, /warp illegal)

Also, when you've answered that, why do you believe that you should be let back on the server?
