Just Wondering

I'm just wondering if the Part of Rule 7 (Island farming) thats says "islands that you have worked hard on and decided you would like to get some items from." means you can't put a few items in your enderchest from your old island (things such as pickaxes or valuables like heads) to take to your new island.

Don't take any illegal to trade items, and avoid starter items. But if you'd like to take your heads with you, that's fine.
