    1. Server name (.net / .org ): jess1ortiz
    2. In-game name: jessi
    3. Full exact Ban Message: Griefing - appeal @ Skyblock Forums ~ Jello
    4. Did you read the rules ? I asked mods specific about certain things, but for the most part I understand them.
    5. Why do YOU think you were banned? I believe I was banned because I was not mining out my mistake of laying out a cobble floor further than I should have fast enough. Jelly (mod) told me that this was griefing (did not know about this) so i let Jelly know that I talked to a mod the day before and they mentioned that the server does not stop you from building past boundaries. Was in the middle of taking it down, and Jelly kept telling me I need to remove this before they ban me. Which I was…
    6. Was this an incorrect ban? Yes; if I was supposed to get banned for this why didn't PC100 ban me from the start? I feel the MODS are being inconsistent. If Jelly was ultimately going to ban me anyways, then why tell me to remove it "before I ban you". The server was also very laggy, and some of the blocks I was breaking down were glitching.
    7. Were you ever banned before on SkyBlock? If so, what for? On .org I did not know you couldn't auction GOD items. I posted it to forums and they were understandable. I was temp banned for 24 hours
    8. Why do you think you should be unbanned? Because I am a very resourceful player on this server. I have continually played religiously through .net and LOVE this server. I am just upset at the way the MOD treated me. I have spoken to many mods before, and they have always been very helpful, and understanding. I am not some kid just messing around. I simply made a mistake, and was fixing it like asked, but still was banned.

I am just a TMod I make mistakes, yes it is illegal. Yet I was confused at the moment and I couldn't think straight. This is not an unfair ban... You built a lot out of your protected island area. If you knew that you can't build past your island area why did you keep doing it. That was a very big platform that went past your island. Also it does give you a warning before entering and leaving your island's protected area.
But if you think it is an unfair ban please read the rules, I'll link them below
The Rules in the Most In-Depth Form | Skyblock Forums
Now tell me what you did was wrong and I will continue from there.
pc1008831 Any input on this since you were mentioned in it. Also if another mod warned you about it, why wouldn't you take it down in the first place? This ban is not unfair.

Like I said pc100 at first told me that the blocks would stop once I cannot build out anymore. Then they realized that I built out too far. My mistake. I told you I asked PC1008831 and I said I was going to take it down. Also, at the moment I was taking it down I had to get off of the game, and decided to continue the following day.

Why would you say you were confused at the moment and couldn't think straight? So were your actions straight thinking or what? I need a mod that can handle a situation rationally. I was doing what you had asked, which was take down the cobble and you clearly saw me doing it. I asked my coop to come out and help me get it done quicker, but that was when you banned me.

I did NOT know that the blocks did not stop you from building out. When in /fly mode sometimes you just place blocks so fast you don't even notice these things.

    My actions were correct.
I banned you for doing something illegal which is building on someone elses island. Yes some islands are unprotected due to being inactive for a long time. I can handle this I will not let a mod take over this appeal unless I have to go somewhere for a long time. I need you to read the rules and tell me what you did was wrong and why you won't do it again.

Like I already said I did not KNOW that I was building too far out. Of course I will not be doing it again. I have no purpose as you had seen I was taking it down.

I have told you many times to read the rules and tell me what you did was wrong. I would suggest doing that. I have already linked it up in the first comment on this appeal. Please read them and tell me what you did was wrong.

I was wrong for building out too far past my island, and I will not be doing it again and will be mining out the platform that I built.

Please give me a good reason on why you will not do this again. I will still wait for pc's input on this even if I have chosen what to do with this appeal.

If you have already made up your mind then why are you still asking me to give you a "good reason"

I told you clearly I am a very committed player to this server and have donated towards .net and .org

I would NEVER want to purposely risk my account being banned after putting in money towards the upkeep of these servers.

    This was an honest mistake.

I said once I have made up my mind, not that I have made up my mind yet.
Saying you donated to org and net is a form of bribery and will decrease your chances of being unbanned on .ORG. I want a better reason on why you should be unbanned instead of using a form of bribery.

first off the definition of bribery is to give someone or something someone in return for what you want. I am not offering any more money, or donation toward the server to you. So using the term bribery is of false, and I can not be held to that. I was simply stating why I would not break this rule again as I have put my time and money into a server.

How can I trust you won't do this again. Yes it is taken as a form of bribery because you can't just donate and expect to be a person who can break the rules and get away with it. Now that is considered bribery because you were talking about how you donated to the server which is included with money. Now if you plan to get this appeal over with I suggest you do the following.
Okay please tell me how I can trust you to never do this again.
Also stop talking back to mods after they've told you to do something.

I will never do this again because I seriously have no purpose in griefing. I play fairly, and want to do whats best for the server. I have experienced being griefed on my .net many times before, and have never understood why people would ruin someone else's hard work. I am on here to have fun, and be creative, not purposely break rules, and risk losing my island.

Thank you for your honesty, I will leave you with a 2 day tempban since griefing is a very high offense. If you get banned for griefing again, I will not be this easy.
    Ban appeal accepted.
