Island gone forever?

    eBird905 scammed me first of all by taking all my grass when we were supposed to trade 10 grass for 2 diamonds.
    After this I asked for my stuff back and he said I could get it back if I joined his coop for a second and then I'd go back to my island.. As the noob I am I accepted his coop invite and he kicked me. Then I realised there was no way of getting back to my island and I had just got rid of it :( Is there anyway of getting it back please help :( My name is Iron_Sword1999 in game
