Island deleted due to corrupted chunk (Waiting for cyp to refund)

OK so it took a little to figure out what happened but it all comes together now.
Around two days ago there ware a bunch of corrupted chunks which were causing the server to crash whenever they were loaded. It just so happens that Darth's (whom I was cooped with) island was in one of those chunks and so when the chunks got repaired a few islands were deleted, ours among those few.

This also explains why I was banned for a mysterious reason, I was causing the server to crash unknowingly by logging into the corrupted chunk (heh sorry but there was no way I could have known). This wasn't our fault in any way we had no control over the situation and I believe we deserve a replacement for our rares. Especially since this is the SECOND time everything of mine has been deleted (first was due to name change which I never appealed but meh that was ages ago)

As for proof of the stuff we lost I have some screenshots. Here's the beacon with the full 164 iron blocks

I really do hope we're able to get replacements I mostly play to get rich and build a fancy island so it's extremely demotivating to lose everything again.

Is there any proof of the items within the chests?
Also, if you do, can you make a tally so we can find whether or not we can refund this without Cyp?

The pumpkin head is from this year. I also had another one but no proof of it. I dont care about anything except the diamonds and heads

I think he only gets tag from mods. Two things. One, try to make a conversation with him by clicking his name and then the "Conversation" Button. Title it with something like refund, and put the link to this, and some information on it. Also, two, I have seen this a bit, and I would like to try to find out where the chunks are. Do you have your coords of the old island?

If they were repaired, than no need, but I was going to ask about them. There have been this issue a few times already.
