I'm not happy with the mods

For the past couple of weeks, I've seen some things go down. Mods have been treating other players more poorly than ever! I'm honestly tired of this. In my last complaint thread, I ranted about the recent bullying on the server, but I didn't name any manes. This time, I need to call out the staff members...

Almost everybody knows what happened to Sean. If you don't, go check out his TBH. Anyways, he was treated poorly by others staff, which lead to his uncalled for demotion. Now, I will personally address Emerald

Emerald, you asked for the damn TBH, and you got what you wanted. Why would you complain, it's called "TBH" for a reason! And CypriotMerks , you should have known better. I know your intentions were nothing but good, but you really messed up. Please, for the love of god, promote Sean agin. Sean did absolutely nothing wrong, and yet, all this happens. If anybody had to be demoted, it should have been Emerald

Another case of abuse I've noticed came from Strommaniac . He already has a thread about it, but I just want to sum things up. Basically, he keeps getting ignored by mods. Mods are completely biased against him for some Eason. When he reports a player, it gets either ignored, denied, or deleted. Of course, mods should not just do that. In the thread, he called out Emerald in the conversation they had together. If you want the full detail, check this thread out

First of all to address your question: "Oh boy, I wonder what will happen when people read this?" Here are my thoughts, it's a bunch of drama. I am not saying you are wrong or right, I am saying it is a bunch of drama. According to other sources, Sean had been rude to more than just emerald in other situations (Though I cannot confirm that, it's just what I have been told) and if this is true, then Cypriot had good reasoning to demote him. Yes, in the TBH thread, Sean didn't do anything wrong and I agree with that. Yes, some of the newer mods aren't the greatest. But, if you didn't notice, those mods aren't getting promoted either. If you didn't catch on, Roblox reported Sean. Anyways, I just see a bunch of drama, frustration, and misconceptions going on. I would be careful though about calling Cypriot out until you know all the facts. This is why I am not backing any one person up. I don't know everything myself, but I have heard different viewpoints and have put those into consideration.

^^^. I also noted Schmoobin that saying "I want the mods to use their [colorfulword] brain!" is a huge generalization. This comes off as if you are accusing all the moderators, when in reality, it's only a select few.

 

Sorry if that's what you thought. I did mean only a few, but it did sound like I mean't all moderators. I will remove that line.

 

While I understand your frustration, these threads aren't going to accomplish anything. These threads have good intent in your mind and you believe that this is going to be something that's considered big and impactful, but most people won't really gain any knowledge reading this. If you want order and mods that represent the people, take a moment to check out our great movement.

I don't really see why Emerald and Roblox reported him. I do believe Emerald knew That Sean had something against him. So if that's true then Emerald should've stayed away from Sean.

 

Sean didn't do anything wrong in that TBH. Sean made it very clear. Simply put: If you are afraid of getting butthurt by being slapped in the face with honesty, then just don't bother.

I don't care with what Sean did, because I'm not getting in the drama but he did do something wrong.

I really don't think we need anymore of these threads. I understand that you are expressing your feelings, about certain people and mods in general but there are so many threads about this topic that they may as well all be merged into one. They are pretty useless, imo, and it is getting people into trouble which can be avoided. I can understand your anger and frustration because I have that feeling too. This could've all been avoided if certain people just avoided each other when they were in a conflict already. It could've been dealt with differently.

There's already plenty of threads like this that you are welcome to reply to. More threads that are flaming and dwelling on it don't change anything. We have other appropriate ways you can address issues and such like this:

If you believe a staff member is abusing, we have a place you can report them here.
If you want to personally contact a staff member, start a conversation with them here.
