ok multiple staff have told me the only people that can help me get my ranks back are Noobcrew and CypriotMerks. Ever time they are on forums I leave a msg for them to look at. They don't help me at all they just get off forums. So last time I'm saying this. My in game name is OKLAHOMAHUNTER7. I have bought the Skyknight rank, logged off and it was gone. I also bought the rank upgrade the day the server was having the 33%off sale, logged off and it was gone. I have sent Both NoobCrew and CypriotMerks my receipt the transaction I'd and also I took a screen shot of the proof from recent donators on the website I sent to BOTH of them. They haven't help me yet and I'm getting a little mad. If NoobCrew or CypriotMerks see this it is on Skywars.net when you can help me thanks.
Pyxie, not helping. Oklahoma, I know its frustrating, but you need to be Patient. Cyp and Crew have a Lot of stuff to do With many servers in the network. As soon as Either one of the is able to, they will assist you with your donation rank issue.
Like I said in your last thread, if youre still having rank problems, send an email over to [email protected] with your Transaction ID and ingame name.
