I want to upgrade to a 25 donor but... @CypriotMerks

So I am a 10 dollar donor and I wanted to upgrade to a 25 dollar one but it won't let me. It says I am not a 10 dollar donor and I can't upgrade. I thought so because my name isn't orange anymore but I still retain having the prefix and getting my kit every 3 days. Possibly something changed because I became a donor I believe almost 2 years ago in the Summer of 2012. Can someone please tell me how to fix this so I can upgrade. My username is PegPuppy.

Also, I know you said it was a long time ago, do you happen to still have your receipt or transaction id from your original donor 10 purchase?

 

It was for Skyblock.net on this site. And I do not have the reciept.

 

Okay. I'm not sure if it's necessary, but it may help to post some screenshots of your user with the off colouring and donor prefix, as well as receiving your kit, or getting the "you cannot receive your kit for this long" message.

When you do /list, which category do you appear under? Does your name appear besides donor10?

o.o It's like... you have your own category. Uhm, yeah, that's not something you can fix on your end. Something has gotten mixed up there. I believe Cyp will need to fix that. You'll just have to wait for him to respond to this. Sorry dear.

Donor is the old Donor10 Category, maybe you used an old buycraft site thats still somehow active? post a link to the place where you donated to?

 

I think that is the case, will see if I still have it.

 

I do see white donors in the chat... I don't know why they have that white prefix. I think it may be a glitch.

 

its the old donor 10 group, they didnt have a gold name.
