I spent $60, please fix my issue

Hi my name is Nikita and my boyfriend and I recently bought one skygod and one skymaster rank for two accounts on the same computer, but the account that was meant to have the skygod got switched to a skymaster when we switched the accounts and now one account doesn't have any ranks and one is a skymaster which isn't fair because in total we paid $60. Can you please fix the problem the two accounts are called PolkaOG (which was meant to have the skygod) and the second account is iszubart (which was meant to have the skymaster) Please fix it asap as we are dissapointed about this mishap or if you cannot fix it can we please have a refund, on the photos below it says we bought it both on polkaOG but we switched accounts but it still managed to upload the ranks to polkaOG... in solution we'd like One skymaster for Iszubart and one skygod back on PolkaOG, Today we also got banned after we have made a complaint and have never been banned before, we do not see what we were banned for so if that could be clarified too, please help... we spent $60 and want that money back!
