I lost my rank

I need help beacuse i lost my rank. I bought donor+ like 3 years ago then i stopped playing minecraft for a while and now its gone. I payed 25 USD and want my rank back. Someon else got this problem?

Before you make this, please make sure you use the template We need some proof that you had a rank, either a transaction ID, or a receipt from PayPal or whatever you used to buy it. You should hide your Transaction ID/Proof, so only staff members are able to view it.

 

Hide your Transaction ID/Proof with [Hide.] [/Hide.]

Just remove the dots inbetween the brackets. Like this:

Hidden Content:

**Hidden Content: Content of this hidden block can only be seen by staff members**

That is hidden for us, only staff members can view hidden threads

I cannot fix you losing your rank at this point, once a staff member views this thread they'll probably be able to help if you have enough proof.
