I lost my donation rank.

Dear sir/madam,

I started playing Skyblock around 5 years ago and haven't really played since. Today I figured why not and try to log on again.

When I first joined I bought a donation pack for 10 USD, not sure what the name was, it just said '1 x $10 package'. However, I have seemed to have lost this rank by now, and that kind of sucks.

I don't blame anyone for this problem, I think it's mainly my fault since I namechanged and might have lost it then, I would just be really happy if I could get my rank back!

My name back then was Allard_1998, my name now is ArtsmeiH.

I posted the paypal reciept, with the personal information blocked out, in a screenshot, please excuse me for it being in Dutch.
