How to give ratings

    Can someone help me out? I looked through all the server help, and it never said how to give ratings. Is there some big button that I am missing?

    You need 25 posts to rate people. Then the little rate icons will appear under posts

    You need 25 post count to be able to rate. Only then will the ratings show. Posts in off-topic do not add to post count.
